An excerpt from the mind of Spring Zheng
If we can always remember and keep the good habits of Labor Day, and make every other day of the year a fulfilling one, we will have about 365 days of working and balanced days. Whatever big goals we may have, if we distribute them into 365 days and focus on every single day of little progress – by the end of the year we can accumulate big progress in reaching our targets. It’s also like long distance running or biking. Instead of looking just at the destination which is vague and far, focus on every block under our feet or bike. Keeping the movement and enjoying the moment, the destination will sooner or later show up to us. Why should we then worry about if we could reach the destination or not?
Charles R. Swindoll said, “If you are going to achieve excellence in big things, you develop the habit in little matters. Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude.”
