This has been an amazing trip. Yesterday, we went to the “Dump” to feed the people there. It wasn’t much, but they were so grateful. I walked up to one hut where a 6 year old girl named Leeza lives. When she saw me, she ran to me with her hands up and jumped at me. My heart melted and I fell in love instantly. These kids are so adorable. The sad part of the trip is seeing the kids that are on the streets every day. These kids are cute, but they are taught to manipulate and steal instead of love and education. These kids have handlers who train them to act the way they do. These kids have little hope but to repeat the cycle.
Cambodia is amazing. I am loving it here. I’m so happy to be here.
